Third annual youth festival celebrating life in a culture of peace (Guatemala)

To mark the anniversary of the signing of the
peace accords and with the aim of encouraging art
for young people, the cultural collective Pie de
Lana and the Community Development Council
(COCODE) of the Barrio San José is celebrating the
third annual Youth festival of life in a culture
of peace.

Among the activities, the Argos Club will hold a
free exchange of series of animated films. For its
part, the Trasciende School will hold 3 by 3
competitions of hip hop as well as in vivo
graffiti. The National Compensation Program (PNR)
and the Center for Legal Action in Human Rights
(CALDH) will present a photographic exhibition of
the activities they have developed. The event will
take place tomorrow, December 1, from 14:00 to
18:00. At the 15th Avenue between 5th. and 7.
street, zone 1. Admission is free.
