an article by Analisis Digital Argentina

On Monday, at the February 3 Theatre of Paraná citizens will vote on proposals submitted by their neighbors for implementation in 2015. In this regard, the coordinator of the Participatory Budgeting process, Luciano Vanegas, said "11 projects have been submitted for a vote in the four topics: street and road improvement, enhancement of green spaces, street lighting and water or sewer improvement. They are proposals made by local assemblies or citizens who did not participate in a local assembly which have been presented or requested in the assemblies that we held a few weeks ago."
