The example from Togo illustrates that it is not enough for parliamentarians to discuss the culture of peace in their National Assembly chambers, but they need to get out and talk with the people and put their words into action.  It is also important that this is done together across the lines of political parties.  Culture of peace and non-violence is not a partisan question, but a universal question.
