In response to the article about the big peace demonstration in Israel in May, I would like to find out more about Israeli anti-war protesters and to ask if other readers have ideas how to do this. Also, how can one get hold of the music of Yaffa Yarkon

Oz is the type of person who is leading the peace movement because he is going out and engaging other with information regarding the problem of the middle east, through his speechs and books he can change changes peoples view and perceptions and persuade them to become activily involved in ending the problems. He is a living example of who to being to change the world though personal activism. everyone should be like OZ!!!

People like Amos Oz are very encouraging as well as strong speakers because of their experiences.  When people who have actually participated and experienced war speak out, their voices are so much more powerful because they have witnessed it first hand.  "Knowledge is power" truly applies to these advocates.
