Question: Voter registration, does it promote a culture of peace? CPNN article: Building Peace: One Door at a Time

To me, this report gets down to the essence of a culture of peace, as indicated by its peacekeys: listen to understand, rediscover solidarity and participate in democracy.  It shows why it's hard to measure the advance of the culture of peace: because it is made up of small steps and human interactions that do not show up in the usual measuring instruments of the mass media or university courses or government statistics and announcements.  It makes CPNN's task all the more important: to find ways to report on this progress.

Joe.  Your report is very inspiring.  It reminded me that the construction of a country of, by,  and for the people will be done one person at a  time.
